1. Acceptance of terms
Welcome to HospitALL. By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, and AI-powered health assistant (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. No medical advice
HospitALL is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our AI-powered assistant provides information based on processed data for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Health information & consent
HospitALL understands the sensitive nature of your health information. When you use the Services, you voluntarily provide your health information for processing by the app and its AI assistant, and you consent to that processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
4. Privacy & data security
Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. We apply administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your health information, including encryption at rest and in transit and multi-factor authentication.
5. User requirements & responsibilities
By using HospitALL, you represent and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old (or have explicit parental or guardian consent where permitted by law).
- You will provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HospitALL Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to medical outcomes resulting from information provided by the AI assistant.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, to protect the safety and security of our user community.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, where HospitALL Pvt. Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
