Delete your account and data

How to request deletion of your HospitALL Pvt. Ltd. (HospitALL) account and the data associated with it. Effective date: July 1, 2026

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the HospitALL mobile app:

  1. Open the HospitALL app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings Delete Account.
  3. Confirm with your password and the verification code we send to your email.
  4. Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email us at admin@hospitall.tech from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the personal and health information we hold about you, including:

  • Your profile and identity details (name, email, phone, national ID, date of birth, address).
  • Your Health ID and health profile.
  • Vitals and medical records you stored in the app.
  • Appointments and related activity.

Timing and what we retain

When you request deletion, your account is deactivated right away. Your personal and health data is then permanently removed or anonymized after a 30-day grace period, which protects you against accidental or unauthorized deletion.

After deletion, we retain only:

  • A minimal, non-identifying record that a deletion took place (a reference identifier and timestamp), kept for security, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes. It does not contain your name, contact details, or any health information.
  • Any records we are required by law to keep (for example, certain transaction records), retained only for the period the law requires and then deleted.
